Fish PepperSoup

1kg White Fish
1 litre Water
2 Red chilli Peppers
2 Tbspn Peppersoup Spice
Mint Leaves(shredded)
Half Tbspn Salt
1 seasoning cube

Method
1. Wash the fish gently and keep aside.
2. Place a saucepan on medium heat, add the water and all the ingredients except the fish and the shredded mint leaves
3. Allow to boil till the water changes its clear colour
4. Add the fish to the pepper soup and cover to boil till the fish swells in size
5. Add the mint leaves and cover for two minutes, remove from the heat and serve.
